I/We agree that the sponsoring Dealer, The Harley Owners Group, Harley Davidson Inc, and my local branch shall not be liable or responsible for damage to property or any injury to persons including myself/ourselves during any H.O.G activities even where damage or injury is caused my negligence (except wilful neglect)
I/We understand and agree that all Harley Group members participate in activities at their own risk.
I/We hereby grant permission to the Hatters Chapter, Manchester England to use my photograph on its worldwide web site, Hatter Chapter Newsletter, or in a printed Publication without further consideration. I also acknowledge that the Chapter may choose not to use my photograph at this time, but may do at its own discretion at a later date. I/We also understand that once my image is posted on the Chapter web site the image can be downloaded by any computer user.
Therefore I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims all officers of the Chapter, and staff of Harley Davidson.
All information supplied on this form will not be used for any other purposes than for The Hatters Chapter. in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984
